Payment and Purchasing

Can I pick up my order from your store?

Our online orders are stored and dispatched from a 3rd party warehouse. In order to keep our handling costs down for all our customers, our online ordering service does not allow pick-ups. ALL RV online orders are for delivery only.

Do you have Lay-by or finance on your products?

No, currently ALL RV products must be paid in full when the order is made.

How would I go about acquiring a discount code?

From time to time we release promotional discount codes to members of our ALL RV E-Newsletter. If you’d like to have the chance to receive discount codes and special offers, sign-up to our Thrifty Thursdays e-newsletter.

If I purchase a product from ALL RV, will I be supplied with a Tax Invoice?

The order confirmation email that you receive when you make an order is a valid Invoice.

If you have lost your invoice we will be happy to email you a new one. Simply email our sales team on support@allrv.com.au with your request.

What forms of payment do you accept?

ALLRV.com.au currently accepts Visa, MasterCard and PayPal (online only).

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

What is PayPal and how do I use it as a payment option?

PayPal is a payment method for online purchases enabling buyers and businesses to send and receive money online. One advantage of using PayPal payment method is that it offers faster, safer and easier checkouts.


Existing PayPal users who would like to use PayPal payment method when placing an order can click on the "Checkout with PayPal" button when checking out. New PayPal users who would like to use PayPal as a payment method will be redirected to the PayPal website to sign up for an account and will be presented with the "Checkout with PayPal" option when they get back to the website.

Delivery and Postage

How long will delivery take?

ALL RV uses StarTrack Express Couriers for speedy delivery Australia-wide.

For orders placed by 2pm (Mon-Fri) we offer:

· Next-day delivery throughout South Australia
· 1-3 business days to other Metro areas
· 2-4 business days to other Rural areas

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Can I be informed when my item is dispatched so that I can be at home for delivery?

When your item is dispatched, you will be sent a confirmation email with your unique Tracking Number. You can enter your Tracking Number through our online ‘track and trace’ function to trace you item in transit. Our couriers will provide a date of arrival but cannot provide a specific time or phone you prior to delivery. Wherever possible, we suggest using a work address or somewhere that there will be someone present to sign.

Does your postage fee include insurance?

Yes, our shipping costs include full insurance of the item.

How do I find out the postage cost for my item?

To find the individual postage cost for an item, click the 'Shipping' tab while viewing the item.

To calculate the total shipping cost for your whole order:
1) Add the items you want to your shopping cart
2) View your shopping cart
3) Click the 'Calculate Shipping' button in your shopping cart.

You will not have to fill in any of your personal details for delivery fees to be calculated.

Oops! I accidentally placed my order with the incorrect delivery address. What should I do?

If you’ve just finished placing your order, please email contact our customer support team and we’ll update the address before the order ships. Please contact us as soon as possible to reduce the chance that we have already packed and shipped your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship to locations outside of AUS. If you’d like us to start offering international shipping, please let us know by sending us a message.


Warranty

Do all your products come with a warranty?

Yes, most of our products come with the manufacturers warranty. If you’d like to know the specifics, please contact our Customer Support Team.

Typically, more advanced products do come with instructions or a full user manual. If you’d like to find out more, contact our Customer Service team.
